Clamping force of 20 to 60-tonnes
This series of small injection moulding machines provides clamping forces ranging from 20 up to-60 tonnes. The hydraulic system of this machine series utilises a speed-controlled servomotor driving a fixed internal gear pump. The system pressure is measured in real-time by a pressure sensor, the system providing the required flow for each stage of the moulding cycle. This minimises energy consumption, particularly during static phases such as ‘hold on time.’
